Shipping Policy for Happys Amsterdam

Shipping Time:

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Please note that we don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Provider:

  • We ship your order with DHL.
  • For items with age restrictions, we use the "DHL Age Verification" service. Your age will be checked upon delivery. Please have your ID ready.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Address:

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.
  • We deliver to the address you provide, but not to parcel stations.

Tracking:

  • As soon as your order has shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
  • You can use this number to track your shipment on the DHL website or app.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact our customer service right away at info@happys-amsterdam.de
