A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification about exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged upon delivery. In that case, contact our support and we will provide you with a free return label.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal expires early for the following goods:

• Sealed goods: This applies to items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Goods with tax stamps: Items that have a tax stamp cannot be returned once the stamp has been damaged.

This regulation is for consumer protection and ensures compliance with legal requirements.

B. Withdrawal Declaration
