Terms of participation

1. Organiser
   This prize draw is organised by Happy's Amsterdam.

2. Eligibility
   Eligible to participate are persons who:

   • Are at least 18 years old.

   • Are resident in a member state of the European Union (EU).

3. Entry period
   Participation is only possible during the official prize draw period. Closing date for entries: 20.06.2026, 23:59 CET.

4. Prize
   The winner receives a year's supply of Happy's Amsterdam products with a total value of approx. 1.600 €, consisting of one 5-piece bundle per month.

5. Selection of the winner
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a randomiser tool.

6. Notification of the winner
   The winner will be notified by e-mail on Sunday 21.06. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Happy's Amsterdam reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Data protection
   The personal data collected in the course of the prize draw will be used exclusively to run the prize draw and to send the Happy's Amsterdam newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

8. Exclusion
   Happy's Amsterdam reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of breaches of these terms or attempts at manipulation.

9. Legal
   The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The organiser's decision is final. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
